Ari and I have NEVER successfully sold a used car -- we've always just given up and traded them in (we'd try to sell the car before buying a new one). Last time I sold a used car, I made sure to ask for a cashier's check to push the hassle back on to them. The guy said, "shouldn't be a problem", and then just showed up with several large stacks of cash... Nice, good job.
